How the work unfolds
We begin with a records review and a half-day workshop in Bangkok or at your centre. Next we agree definitions — for example what counts as “completed” versus “attended” — then assemble the dashboard views and validate them against two recent cohorts. Final handover includes the operating guide and a live interpretation session with the people who will own the numbers.
Preparation we ask of you
Export or share (securely) attendance, assessment, and enrolment extracts for at least two completed cohorts, plus a named contact who can answer questions within two business days. If trainer schedules sit in a separate calendar, share those for the same period.
Constraints
Engagements assume Thai or English source labels. Data that cannot leave your premises is handled in on-site working days only. Rush timelines under four weeks require a written scope reduction before we begin.
