About

Built beside Thailand’s training centres, not above them

Spark Nodebase helps training providers turn cohort records into education performance dashboards that directors and programme managers can discuss in the same meeting.

Official name and origin

The official registered business name is Spark Nodebase Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2018 in Bangkok after years of advising private academies that could describe their courses clearly but struggled to present learner completion and trainer coverage to sponsors and boards.

Early work focused on hospitality and language centres along the Petkasem corridor. Those first engagements taught us that education performance dashboards only hold when definitions are agreed before charts are drawn — a discipline we still insist on.

How we work

We favour half-day workshops over long slide decks, written metric maps over vague scorecards, and on-site days when personal learner records must stay inside the centre. Engagements are led by practitioners who have sat with operations teams through real intake cycles, not by remote product tours.

Values in practice

  • Prefer fewer trustworthy measures over decorative charts
  • Name uncertainty in the findings brief instead of hiding gaps
  • Leave the centre able to refresh views after we leave
  • Decline work when records cannot yet support a dashboard
