Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid engagements and sessions with Spark Nodebase Co., Ltd., including education performance dashboard projects, training metrics assessments, cohort outcome reporting setup, and dashboard interpretation sessions. It does not cover physical retail products or software subscriptions, which we do not sell.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how far work has progressed, whether a deposit was paid, and whether cancellation or rescheduling notice was given in writing to hello@spark-nodebase.click or confirmed by reply from our team.

Deposits

Engagements above ฿40,000 typically require a 40% deposit to reserve start dates. Deposits are credited toward the final fee. If you cancel more than 14 days before the agreed start date, the deposit is refundable minus a ฿5,000 administration charge. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date forfeit the deposit unless we cancel or we agree in writing that the delay is caused by our scheduling.

Work already started

Once discovery workshops, records review, or build work has begun, fees for completed stages are non-refundable. Unused later stages may be refunded proportionally if we agree to stop the engagement, after deducting costs already incurred (including booked rooms or specialist time).

Full and partial refunds

A full refund of amounts paid is available if we cancel an engagement before start and cannot offer a mutually acceptable new date. Partial refunds apply when only part of the agreed scope has been delivered, calculated against the written estimate’s stage fees.

Interpretation sessions

Half-day or full-day sessions cancelled with at least 5 business days’ notice may be rescheduled once at no charge or refunded in full if no new date is chosen. Cancellations inside 5 business days are non-refundable, though we may offer a single reschedule at our discretion when illness or venue closure intervenes.

No-shows

If client attendees do not arrive for a scheduled on-site workshop or interpretation session without prior notice, the session fee is charged in full and a new date requires a new booking.

Rescheduling

We accommodate one reschedule of a kickoff or session when notice is given at least 5 business days ahead, subject to diary availability. Further reschedules may incur a ฿3,000 coordination fee.

Purchased materials

If an engagement requires printed materials or licensed third-party charting components purchased specifically for your project with your written approval, those costs are non-refundable once ordered.

Refund process and timing

Email hello@spark-nodebase.click with your engagement reference, payment date, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time depending on your institution.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under Thai law that cannot be waived remain available. Force majeure events that prevent delivery will be handled in good faith, typically by rescheduling before refund discussions.
