When a metrics assessment is enough
A full education performance dashboard engagement assumes you can name completion rules and produce two consistent cohort extracts. If those pieces are unsettled, a shorter metrics assessment usually saves money and frustration.
During an assessment we interview the operations lead, review sample records, and write a findings brief: which measures are already trustworthy, which definitions conflict across teams, and what to clean before any build. Some centres discover that attendance is solid while assessment scores live only on paper in classrooms โ a dashboard would merely decorate the gap.
If the brief recommends waiting, we say so. Requesting a dashboard before the records can support it creates a polished view nobody believes. The assessment exists to protect that trust.
